In general, any harassing behavior or nonconsensual physical contact of a sexual nature may constitute sexual misconduct.
Sexual misconduct may vary in its severity and consists of a range of behaviors or attempted behaviors that may be grounds for disciplinary action under college policy.

The investigator will also listen to your recollection of the incident and help you determine if law enforcement should be involved and if there are any protective measures—such as no contact or restraining orders—that need to be taken during the investigation.
