I'm having an issue with some of my SEP clients not updating A/V definitions from the SEPM server.They call all ping the SEPM server but for some reason, some workstations are not getting the latest virus def. It is normal situation as jdb file contains definitions fo AV/AS only. Please keep logging for about 15 min and then disable logging. Do the not updating clients belong to the same group, as the updating clients?
What exactly are the policy settings for liveupdate for them?
By default, the clients restart automatically after installation.
You can configure the restart options on a group to control how the clients restart after Auto Upgrade.
You can force an immediate restart, or give the users an option to delay.
